It is a fact that today each and every individual is looking forward to make him or her fit and healthy. If you are not concerned about your health then it shall become difficult for you to survive in this competitive world. Today the health plays crucial role to secure a good position even at the workplace. If your health does not support you then you won't be able to achieve your targets and hence your position shall degrade.

1) Eat breakfast - it's amazing to me how many people leave the house for school or work without anything in their stomach. Who lets their kids go to school hungry? Unfortunately, this is a huge problem. "I'm not hungry" and "I don't have enough time" are two of the most common excuses. No more excuses! Studies have proven that eating anything before going to school leads to better test scores in morning classes. If you not eating breakfast, then start with something tomorrow. It can be cereal and milk or other traditional breakfast foods or even a slice of leftover pizza. If you can't stomach solid food, drink a slim-fast/ensure or other liquid meal supplement. This one change will increase your metabolism and raise your glucose level giving you more energy and better concentration.

Along the same lines, you don't want to eliminate all of the foods you love from your meal plan, and you don't want to cut out entire food groups. Both of these moves will only hinder your success and lead you to binging, rebounding and failure in the future. Instead, you want to focus on moderation and making small adjustments.

This is why I believe it is great to quiet and calm things down. Don't be afraid to juice fast for a few days. Try a "5-day high-fiber cleanse" to reconnect with your own health. Don't listen to your friends who will scream "starvation" and swear you are going to lose pounds of muscle. Muscle doesn't disappear overnight, and starvation is when you have NO food, not when you go on a modified fast that provides nutrients but gives you the ability to break out of a cycle of cravings and self-abuse that modern, processed foods create.

I recovered from much of this in due course, and even got back to running again for a few Useful healthy habits years. Stress can cause a lot of problems with your health, such as, high blood pressure, anxiety, and weak immune system. Suitable rest is essential for living a long healthy life.

And, last, if you're still smoking, by all stop. Smoking kills. It's not only linked to cancer of the lung and throat, but it doubles your risk of stroke and quadruples your risk heart disease. Smoking also yellows your teeth and wrinkles your skin, making you look much older than you are.
